Well-planned work creates a solid foundation for a successful project.
We are constantly striving to improve the efficiency of our work by reducing unnecessary steps and focusing on what is essential. Often, the majority of work consists of so-called "ancillary work", which takes resources away from the actual work. Incorrect work schedules can easily arise in projects if there is no smooth and open flow of information between contractors. Such errors lead to additional ancillary work, which in the long run increases costs for all parties. In addition, the quality of work suffers when work has to be done in more challenging conditions.
We are currently working on a software development project that will significantly improve our efficiency. The software will be implemented in 2025.
We always strive to plan our work efficiently, while taking the project as a whole into account in the best possible way. We hope that our partners will also take these things into account.

Services
We are a growing, forward-looking company and we strive to continuously develop and streamline our operations so that we can offer contracts at more competitive prices without compromising on the quality of the work. To support this, we actively develop new systems and operating models. We have been operating in the industry for a long time, so our expertise and customer satisfaction are at a very high level.
Our services include all HVAC insulation and industrial insulation, but the main focus is on HVAC insulation. Interesting sites include schools, hospitals and larger apartment buildings. Our operations are focused on the Eastern Finland region, but we also operate throughout Finland if necessary.
We have practically moved to a completely electronic, paperless environment, so we also calculate offers from, for example, PDF images.

We are constantly looking for motivated team players to join our team. We want to make sure that everyone feels like they are part of a team. We do not believe in the old-fashioned confrontation between employees and management, but rather in working together.
Work done with a good mood produces the best results for the common good of all. That is why we strive to organize joint trips and recreation days whenever possible to strengthen the sense of togetherness. For example, in the fall of 2023 we visited Poland to explore the beautiful city of Krakow and the dark history of Auschwitz. In late 2024, we will visit historic Salzburg in Austria.
We are constantly developing operating models that aim to reduce the workload and make things easier and more efficient. The goal is not to make your sleeves swing faster, but to make your sleeves swing less unnecessarily.
